Pre-arrival coordination
Tour manifests, bus and guide allocation, port access clearance, emergency contact sheets, operations groups, backup planning for guides and vehicles.
Day-of operations
TTG Ground Handling Coordinator on-site 45 minutes before clearance. Buses staged inside the port perimeter. Guides positioned at passenger pickup points. Headcount verification against ship manifest. Continuous communication with port agent and vessel shore excursion manager.
Shore excursion programming
Full-day and half-day options tailored to vessel schedule and passenger demographics. Standard offerings include Paramaribo UNESCO city tour, Peperpot Nature Park wildlife walk and Commewijne plantation and dolphin tour. Depending on the length of stay, we can arrange virtually any combination of our Suriname tour offerings, from cultural village visits to jungle excursions.
Return logistics
Guided return to port, headcount verification, coordination with port security for re-embarkation, post-tour reporting to vessel.
Crew services
Separate crew shuttle between vessel and port exit. Provisioning coordination, laundry services and shore leave logistics.

We deploy air-conditioned buses with microphone systems, matched to group size. All guides are English-speaking with deep regional knowledge. Dutch is always available as a second standard language. Spanish, French and Chinese-speaking guides available on request. Backup buses and guides are assigned for every departure.
Group travel and incentives
For tour organizers, travel agents, affinity group leaders and corporate hosts packaging the Guianas for their own clientele, we offer a standard organizer incentive: the organizer's own place on the trip is complimentary when the group is eight or more travelers, paid by the rest of the group at standard per-person rates. We build the ground program around the organizer's preferred routing, language and pace, and act as the single in-country point of contact through the itinerary.
